For warm ups, active recovery, rehab and conditioning sessions anywhere.  Our 'High' resistance activation bands provides a good resistance for lower body training and rehab or for lower repetition upper body work.

Tips for Training 

• Start with a low resistance band and focus on exercise technique
• Progress resistance and reps 
• Focus on calm consistent breathing
• Emphasis on slow, controlled movement during the lowering phase
